Vincent is the founder and majority shareholder in Virtual Software Limited and Racing Software Limited. Vincent brings a wealth of experience in the gambling sector and is highly regarded as one of the pioneers of online betting. He led the listing of the first online betting company from a start-up with £125,000 in 1998 to listing it on the AIM Market 18 months later at a £26M market capitalisation.
Vincent has created and has been designated licensed official for international wagering groups in six countries, including Hong Kong and Macau. He has also been licensed as a betting operator in Ireland, the United Kingdom, and several USA states, including Oregon, Florida, and Kentucky. He has worked in the USA racing sector for ten years, living in Florida from 2003 to 2013. Vincent has worked with US Off-Track, LLC, for over 20 years, one of the leading multi-jurisdictional simulcasting and interactive wagering totalizator operators in the USA. He is a citizen of all three countries.
Joey’s knowledge, experience, and reputation in the industry is playing a major role in driving VLR forward in the US. His main responsibilities are building relationships with track owners and online Account Deposit Wagering (ADW) betting operators to drive expansion into tracks, casinos, and off-track betting outlets. Joey has 35 years’ experience in senior management roles within the horse racing industry, including positions as director, vice-president, president, CEO, and business owner/operator.
For the past 20 years he has focused on the online account wagering arena where he was involved in the development, launch, and operation of over 30 gambling sites. In addition to having been an executive within the racing and online gambling industry, he has launched several non-racing related businesses. Joey has also owned numerous horses that have raced at several US tracks.
Angus, of Island Broadcasting Media Limited, is Virtual Software’s chief technical software architect/developer. He was formerly CTA at Inspired Gaming, where he oversaw their growth post the acquisition of Red Vision to be the leading developer of online virtual racing products. Angus oversaw the technical development and security operations of over 90,000 wagering terminals and machines as well as substantial server-based wager testing.
